Anker Prime Power Bank (26K, 300W)

The Anker Prime Power Bank (26K, 300W), model A110A, is a high-wattage USB-C power bank built around three real-world constraints:

• A capacity of 99.75 Wh — deliberately sized to sit just under the 100 Wh threshold that international airline rules use to gate carry-on lithium batteries. The unit is permitted in carry-on luggage on virtually every major carrier without prior approval.
• 300 W of total output across two USB-C ports (140 W each max) and a USB-A port (22.5 W max), enough headroom to charge a 16-inch MacBook Pro, a phone, and a tablet simultaneously without throttling any of them.
• 250 W input when both USB-C ports are used together to recharge the bank itself — Anker’s first power bank to support dual-port high-rate recharging, which roughly halves the time the bank spends plugged in before it’s ready to leave again.

• Air travel. The 99.75 Wh capacity is the highest practically available without needing airline pre-approval for the lithium content. For long-haul flights, conference trips, or multi-day travel where you want one device to keep a laptop topped up across a workday, this is purpose-built.
• Mobile work / coworking. 140 W single-port output is enough to charge a 16-inch MacBook Pro at full speed. For someone who works out of cafes, hotels, or rental desks where outlet access is unreliable, the bank covers a full workday of laptop + phone use.
• Outdoor / cottage day trips. Small enough (600 g, palm-sized footprint) to slip into a daypack but with enough capacity to top up a phone many times over plus a camera or tablet.

• No NRTL safety mark published. Anker’s Canadian product page does not list specific NRTL safety marks (CSA, cULus, cETL) for this model. USB power banks of this class typically certify under different regimes — FCC / IC for the Bluetooth radio, UN38.3 for lithium shipping safety, airline-carry rules for the 100 Wh threshold — none of which are stated explicitly on the Canadian product page. If certification documentation matters to your purchase (corporate procurement, airline confirmation, insurance), request the declaration of conformity from Anker before buying.

• Sub-100 Wh by design. Many premium power banks pushing above 100 Wh require airline pre-approval and are technically prohibited on some carriers. The 99.75 Wh sizing here is intentional — it stays inside the global default rule without sacrificing meaningful capacity.
• Dual-USB-C input matters. With both USB-C ports used as input, the bank recharges from empty in roughly an hour and 15 minutes with a compatible 250 W input source. With a single 140 W input it recharges in roughly an hour and a half.
• Bluetooth + app is genuinely useful. Real-time per-port wattage, remaining capacity readout, and the ability to find a misplaced bank via a sound alert from the app. Optional — the bank works fully without ever pairing.
• Carry pattern. At 600 g and 159 mm long, the unit slips into a laptop sleeve, a jacket inside pocket, or a daypack without feeling like dedicated luggage. Heavier than a phone-only bank, lighter than a power station.
